About Me

Welcome to Rehab Memos. Fitness is something I believe everyone should strive for. However, fitness means different things to each individual. 

As a PT, I believe in helping people achieve proper movement and mobility. This means being able to achieve various positions. We all do different activities throughout the day. Think about it. You go to work, drive in a car, go to the park, go to the gym, or enjoy social events. Preparing for each of these events is the key to a “fit” life. 

Through the posts on this site, I hope to provide useful information on how to improve your daily activities. This could be household activities for some and athletic endeavors for others.
